Opening of accounts for legal entities shall be performed by acceding customers to the Standard Banking Servicing Agreement (The Standard Terms) at the Bank based on a relevant application.     Eurasian Bank alerts you to registered incidents, related to using malware to steal personal data of major Kazakhstan banks online banking users. We earnestly ask you to be careful and follow some rules to protect yourselves from malefactors: - never enter your confidential data at Internet address starting with http:// (t. i. unprotected domains), take care that the address starts with the safe protocol https:// - always carefully check the link you are going to click: if the letters in the website name are mixed up. - upon detection of a letter said to be from the Bank, it is highly desirable that you should report it to the Bank. - if possible, do not use online banking and similar services via free Wi-Fi in a café or street. Cybercriminals often use them to steal bank data.

    To provide for security and safeguard of your finance, as well as information on financial transactions, Eurasian Bank recommends to: - approve under your guidance the list of users, admissible to work with remote banking system (RBS), and attach concrete functions and authorities to each user; - use RBS on a separate personal computer, specially designed for these purposes, located in the individual network segment. At that this computer should be protected with systems of anti-virus security and systems of protection against network attacks; - restrict Internet access on a personal computer which you use to work in the RBS. Access should only be available to the Bank’s RBS servers; - provide confidentiality of logins and access passwords to RBS.

    They should be known to approved employees only and should not be passed between them or to third parties; - not go to doubtful websites and open letters from unknown senders; - when using electronic-digital signature (EDS) insert the carrier to the disk slot only when working with the RBS directly. Upon completion of an operation this carrier should be removed.

    Eurasian Bank reminds that it will never: · send messages asking to provide personal information (Full Name, information on a document, verifying the identity, mobile phone number, cryptographic keys, passwords, etc.); · send messages containing form for entering your personal information.
